Reviews

Initially the communication was good, but on the visit, I got a very inflated quote, no actual service (everything was extra), and a list of things I already knew needed to be sorted. I was promised several times of a return visit to sort things out. Never happened. We had to cancel a long standing B&B booking at the last minute because SLS never turned up as promised.
